Welcome to "Grandparenting & Relationship with Adult Children: A New Chapter," a course designed for new and seasoned grandparents seeking to strengthen their bonds with their adult children and embrace the joys and challenges of grandparenting. As family dynamics evolve with the arrival of grandchildren as well as aging adult children, relationships can become more complex and challenging. Navigating these changes can be confusing and lonely. This course offers insightful strategies, discussions, activities — and mostly, a community — aimed at fostering understanding, communication, and meaningful connections within the family unit.

Students will explore a range of topics, from understanding modern parenting philosophies and respecting boundaries to using technology to stay connected and managing expectations. Through expert-led lectures, interactive workshops, and peer discussions, this course provides a supportive space for grandparents to share experiences, learn new approaches, and CELEBRATE the unique role they play in their families' lives.
